• Tee Times will be available from the Pro Shop or the Tournament Director on or after June 22, 2009
• PLAYER ELIGIBILITY: The Big “I” Junior Classic is open to any junior whose 19th birthday does not occur
  prior to the end of the national Big “I” tournament and who has not started college.
• The 2009 finals end on July 30th therefore players turning 19 on or before July 30th are ineligible. A player turning 19 on July 31st or later would be eligible. See reverse side of application for residency requirements and state/national tournament information.
• No entries will be accepted without entry fee. Entry form must be received by June 19, 2009
